The speaker not working on your device could be caused by a variety of factors like Dust or other particles clogged in the earpiece we recommend cleaning the earpiece with 97% isopropyl alcohol with a soft bristle toothbrush after doing so make sure you dry it out with an electric duster or air compressor. Please Make sure your device is off when you do this. I do not recommend using  the air duster cans as they contain other chemicals that can cause some damage to small electronics. Alcohol evaporates quickly which is why we recommend using it to clean your earpiece. If this doesn’t fix your issue however you can send it in to have the ear speaker replaced we can perform this repair on the majority of devices out there without exception.
